Also Nov/2017 Filer - Nov 17 Nebraska.

Replied to RFE June 29th.

USCIS acknowledged received July 10th. (Only missing large marriage certificate)

No news yet of approval. Hope there is no more RFE , other members here from other comments, seem to receive approval earlier.

Yes, we got our mnl# after 4 days. I called everyday and we filed for a expedite which we were also granted the same day.

Did you send any kind of paperwork in for it? I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and am thinking of asking for an expedite but it says you need to be high risk for them to approve it. I want my whole family to be in the states when I have the baby.

Yes we sent a copy of our marriage certificate. I've heard being pregnant isn't a reason for expedite but it seems just as good if not more important than a anniversary to me. Good luck

I thought it take 2-6 weeks to receive , then wait 8weeks for a case and IV number.

 

neber heard of waiting 8 weeks to receive them wait another 8 weeks for case and IV number.
