Hello to all:

 

Just wanted to provide an update.

 

I called USCIS customer service today and asked for a TIER 2 specialist (again). I just received a call back and the officer basically told me my case was still pending and that they are currently working on June 25, 2018. I thought this week would be our week for sure.

 

I'm getting ready to transition our baby girl into daycare and I thought by now he'd be here to do this together.

 

This is truly a nightmare!!!

I spoke with the rudest Tier 2 today to ask about my case.  She told me that the case was being reviewed now.  I asked like now as we speak.  She responded lets look up the definition of "now".  I laughed and said no need to do that just I think it is strange that it is being looked at the moment I am calling.  She then hanged the phone up on me.

 

Worried this will hurt my case - like she will put it to the back of the pile.

God don’t like ugly...... Hopefully if you got her name and badge # you could report her because it’s your job to help not be rude to people...... 🙄🙄🙄 I hate calling them

I have been using case tracker app and it shows a lot of RFEs and only 2 approvals in the past two weeks....

I can't use the case tracker app because my case number is not found . At least  my receipt # works when I enter my case number in the new USCIS web and said the date when my case was received.

Mine doesn’t work in case tracker too and same for the new website it works now but you look at other cases that’s what I do
