Hello guys!!!

Any more approvals for Nov I-130 fillers in Nebraska? I only see one from 11/02 and one in early December.

P.D: is November 2, 2017

NSC

Getting pretty anxious. I called USCIS last week and asked to be transferred to a tier 2 rep. The wait was over 22 hours, the only thing I was able to do was enter my call back number. I received an automated call back the same day and was connected to a Tier 2 agent. I was basically told that my case is pending and that NSC is currently processing June cases. (Same things a Tier 1 rep would have said) and to call back once my P.D is past the USCIS websites current processing date. Useless!!! Just curious? Are these cases being updated on the old website or new website? I noticed approvals from last week are being posted this week, does it take them a few days to update the system?

I am currently a user in both as well as subscribed to email and text notifications.

Definitely in need of some hope!!!!

I spoke with Tier 2 last week to see if I could be transferred to Texas from NSC.  They told me Texas only processes Green Card filers.  That is incorrect because several USA on here are at Texas.  Bottom line:  customer service is useless.

Thank you!!!

I’m really hoping Potomac processes mine soon because my US citizen daughter will be starting kindergarten in September and she’s move so much I want her to be able to start in the states instead of transfer mid-year.  She’s with me now and I’ll have her start here at a school if I don’t get my authorization in time, then transfer when I get my authorization.  She’s been resilient while we’ve had transitions.  But testing my luck cuz she’s changed daycares Bc of moves etc (long story) 5 times already ☹️.  Mom’s heart breaks.

i was hoping the same thing, I want my daughter to start kindergarten in September but it look like she will start in January 2019.

So glad to know someone else has similar a similar situation (though not glad we are in the situation!).

I noticed you got you NOA2 already.  Yay!!  You don’t think you can make it in time for September?

I hope you and your daughter are doing well – being apart is difficult – and and that we get our approvals soon.

Thank you...she has adjusted as best in our situation...but I am so ready for a stable life for her.  I trust that all is well with you and your daughter and all of this will be a distant memory soon.. All the best to you.
