Not sure, what you mean, sorry. I filed via paper mail. But it looks like the send to that center to scan it and process online? Not sure. Has anyone had their docs sent there?

Ok, what I meant to say is: I don't think you should expect any issue with this as a lot of people (online filers) are processed there as it is. I would assume they're trying to optimize and centralize their operations.

Edited to add: in our current list I see two people who filed through post who were sent there. Look for the IOE abbreviation.

I'm the beneficiary.

Don't have a timeline? Don't know how to get started with it? Do it for the statistics sake: VJ video guide

Filing for a USC spouse visa (IR-1/CR-1) and not sure what comes next? Check out the VJ IR-1/CR-1 guide

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Hi All

I have my biometrics tomorrow and got a knife cut (small one) on my right thumb. Can somebody please advice if I can still go for the appointment or should go later? If I go later, can I just do a walkin? Please advice. worried.

as i know, the appt has to be on day assigned to you. If yo dont show up, it definitely will cause delay on your case .

i would visit the ASC tomorrow and talk to the staff about this skin cut and see what happens. If the cut does cause reading problem, they will advise what you should do next, reschedule yourself or walk-in next day.

Just give it a try.. go and don't say anything.. they are going to look at your hands and if they consider there is something wrong with it, they will tell you right away...

When I went for my fingerprints they made me use just one hand one time, that was it... I guess because they did take my fingerprints in the past and it was pretty detailed finger by finger when I was applying for GC

Just curious. When i log in to USCIS account i see that case was updated on Nov 17th and see the message that Biometrics was scheduled but don't see any document in documents section/tab of web page. I am guessing it would show up in a couple of days. I wanted to see the doc for the date and time of biometrics since its a haul to go to SFO from my place especially with all the traffic.

How long did it take for the doc to show up in docs section from the moment case status changed in the USCIS account?
