I have the same status message on the old system - USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice. It has been that way for several weeks now. Super frustrating to still be waiting when many  have been scheduled for interview and taken the oath 1-3 months after we applied. It’s been 92 days since my case was updated. 

Get your act together USCIS!

Several weeks? thats the thing I just started checking the old system yesterday so I don't even know how long the old system is showing this message. But if yours been this way for several weeks that means I shouldn't expect any good news soon

Yeah, several weeks. I don’t know when it changed but first time I noticed was late January. I had been using the other links before that time.

Hard to know which to believe. 

My PD is 11/6/17 and FO is NYC so it is possible and interview was indeed scheduled, but not too believable. Some people on the tracker here and on other sites with a PD of Nov or Oct 2017 mentioned having their interview already. The wait time seems to be all over the place. 

 

Any more people with experience with the "old" system?

I believe this matter was discussed here before, but anyway, from my experience I think it's just a glitch. The old system has been showing that "USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment"  for 3 months, and no interview has been scheduled yet.

Hi! I am checking to see if anyone else had the same problem as me. I applied for citizenship online in November, and originally it showed estimated time 14 months (I know that usually that's not accurate and much shorter). It kept going down each month until last night when it showed 15 months, even more than originally back in November. Does anyone know what might be the reason or have the same problem?

Unfortunately my assumption was what you are saying, that it is just a glitch. (sorry for bringing this issue up again, I did not realize it was discussed before). 

It is strange that they keep the old system up and accessbile to people. 

 

I guess I should just keep waiting and hope for the best.

Having been an electronics technician for over 44 years, I find that when something is updated, you use it and NOT try to use the old system.

That really depends - many times software upgrades are much worse than an older stable/tested version (Win Vista was a horror show after Win XP, for example....). 

The strange thing is having different info on 3 different information portals, 2 of which are clearly intended for use right now (the new myaccount and the case by #).

You're still better than I am. I had estimated time of completion for may 2017 and now its showing March 2019

Hi my receipt number start with IOE and I tired this old website of USCIS and it is showing the massage that “USCIS has scheduled you interview appointment and will mail you appointment notice “ I just checked right now on old website but new website is showing different massage that “we reviewed your biomatric” . I m confused which one is correct.
