N-400 November 2017 Filers

Does anyone here to know how to get to an USCIS officer? I tried to call but there were no options to talk with anyone.

UGH! They make it so very difficult.

 

I know you tried emailing them; have you also tried using the "communication" tab/button (can't remember exactly what it looks like!) on your ELIS account page?
