https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go?act...office_type=CIV enter your zip code, and start calling, and price shop, you should be able to find a reasonable one, explain carefully that all you want is vaccination supplement (I-693A) done.

Also this should have been posted in the Adjustment of Status forum, Civil Surgeon is not part of the K-1 Visa process.

You have to contact a doctor that is assigned by USCIS. You are not allowed to pick any doctor you want!

Shetty Maina 's almost charged me $ 200. They refused to do only the vaccination. So I tried another one. The least that I got was for $ 100, the shot and the transcription to I-693 Vaccination Supplement. Call those numbers! Better yet, if you are under your husband's insurance, go to a public health department or your county's.

i did not need any vaccinations, I had taken them all in austria, so I went to dr. simon lee in in chinatown at 950 stockton and he filled the supplement out for me for 50 $.

Good for you then Terdan, goodluck with the rest of your paperwork.

Ask that question in the German forum (general discussion area, regional, europe, you'll see it there!). There are some girls who went through the process in Northern CA and might be able to recommend a good doctor. :) Ich glaub Tomte ist auch in San Francisco!
