i was waiting for my interview citizen ship about 10 months and I did my fingerprints 02/27/2017

and still i didn’t get my interview my receipt number is nbc*XXXXXXXXX

please can you check of my case

There is nothing you can do till they finish your Background / security check. Nothing will help including going to senator, congressman and you can name it.

Best thing you can do is to get your mind of this interview thing and chill. Just make sure you don't miss the letter once they schedule you.

Bro, don't get discourage yet  I know it's hard, I'm on the same boat.  I got my biometric Feb. 21 and I'm still waiting for an interview letter, my case is even outside the normal processing already in my local USCIS office. I filed 2 online  service requests but no response.  The IO assigned in my batch of numbers processing the cases is very slow.  I check 5 numbers up from mine and 5 below mine and I noticed the movements of it, so slow.  One case for example that struck me was the number before mine, it was processed for interview 10 days after 4 numbers ahead of it, terrible work performance in my opinion.  Mine is delayed already for over 60 days, and by USCIS rules with a delay of at least 60 days I can file a complaint online to the USCIS Ombudsman to alert the IOs slack performance to get their butts going.  The thing is by around 8-9 months most BC or name checks are done already that's the average time, so after that period the burden lies to the IOs which is the NBC Office to which some are fast workers and some are slacking off.
