November 2017 I-751 Filers

Happy new year everyone,

 

Last February 2018 my case was transfered to my local office since then no changes on my status. But now when I checked my status this is what I saw , I am so happy . I never get any mail to inform me that my greencard is approve, because usually they inform everybody by sending mail. But anyways I am so happy , this is my best gift in 2019 so now just waiting for the card to be mail...Hope everyone will get approve soon too.. 

New Card Is Being Produced

On December 31, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC18052xxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

-sent from VSC despite the case status saying local office since April 

-we were never asked to interview

That’s awesome! Congratulations seems things are working well. Not for me though as my number is WAC 18033

I wouldn't read much into the numbers and was pretty hesitant to share ours (although I don't even know offhand if I have it correct). The important thing is that it seems like there's a fair amount of movement going on with processing now so that's good news for everyone.

Also, service center is not processing by order they are received.  They are approving cases randomly within one number lot Say WAC18052 XXXX.  So, there is some hope that your case will be approved, but might need to wait longer.

tomorrow Thursday..big Infopass day.. i hope they can tell us what are plaaning to do with the combo interview. i am using the interview to get the blue stamp to travel and to have an excuse to talk to them!😜

GermanG-  My hope is not that high.  I will be happy to get the stamp.  The guy behind the counter might not have any more information than we have from our case status and the knowledge we gather sharing in this forum.  However, I will ask  tomorrow, particularly the question, if somebody files N-400 and the  ROC is pending, is it now the policy of USCIS  field office to send the ROC to NBC and have a joint interview or they treat N-400 and ROC separately?

As much as I'm happy for the CSC filers who have been approved, it has gotten me a little bit down as the I-751 dates were after ours   Totally expecting an RFE at this point

hiksy- not really, they are approving randomly.
