Update from my case: I am a November 2017 filer and my case is WAC18044xxxx. The case was received on Nov 04, 2017, transferred to local office on March 04, 2018. I filed for N400 (Naturaliz) around October 22, 2018. On Friday 21, 2018 I received email (and update on USCIS website) that my case was transferred to an USCIS office with new jurisdiction. Yesterday December 24, I received by mail (print notice) a letter explaining that my case now was transferred to National Benefit Center in St. Louis, MO. I hope that this means that they joined the I751 and N400 (that's why no longer the case is in California). i will keep you posted.😊

GermanG- Did you check the waiting time of Seattle field office?  When are you expecting N-400 interview?

For Seattle, N400 15 to 17 months.

For CSC, I751: 15.5 to 17 months.

my extension for GC expires in July 2019 so I hope the interview for N400 is before that time!

What transfer are you referring to ? Did November 2017 cases get transferred over to NSC or TSC ?

i am November 2017 filer. my case is WAC18044xxx (California). I received both a letter (in a mail) and an update (on website) explaining that the case was transferred to the National Benefit Center in Summit, St Louis, MO.  The envelope had the La Lagunita, Calif. sign. I filed for N400 on Oct 22, 2018.

On the other hand, I checked with the USCIS official app ("case tracker") and when I queried 180440000 and gave 500 case window, it shows that out of 500 cases (processed by the CSC because they start witg "WAC"), 4 were approved and 8 transferred (like mine) to an office with new jurisdiction.

I'm starting to think that only the people who applied for N400 are getting transferred
