You should call as I said in another post I apply in Nov 14th 2017. And they told me I have to make an info pass appointment to get my extencion letter

I called the uscis and they just tell me the same thing I can find out online.  They said they filed a request for information on my case but they won’t respond before the green card expires.  What does it mean if people are legally here and have cases pending but have no document to prove it?

Might be a good idea to get an infopass at the end of January to get I-551 stamp on passport.

Roger that....that was my plan.😀

I applied for N-400, but my case did not transfer to any other jurisdiction, still in the local office since April 9, EAC 18061002XX.   Did Bio today for N-400.  Update say N-400, Feb 2020.  Since our immigration Journey will end with citizenship, we did not wait for ROC

I am a US citizen and my wife is a UK citizen. She is a greencard holder. We filed a I-751 to remove the conditions on her greencard but we have not received the new 10 year greencard yet. While on vacation in Greece, our documents were stolen, including her expired greencard and I-797. We are now back in the US. We did not file a I-90 since we have the I-751 pending. She is eligible to file for Citizenship, but I have heard that we have to turn in our greencard. We don't have one as the expired one was stolen, and the i751 card has not arrived yet. I applied for her N400 last week, and it says I need to bring the green card with me, which we dont have.  Will it be OK to bring photocopies for N400 Biometrics?
