Hi all,

I filed at the end of Oct 2017, my case was received in Nov and thats the last update i have online. I did however receive a letter saying my case was transferred to Texas. No extension letter yet which is frustrating because my GC is going to expire in a few days 😕

Oh question, not sure if anyone knows -

I saw online that the current processing time for the Texas office is 17.5 - 19.5 months, do you think i will be waiting that amount of time still since it has only been transferred there recently or does that factor in the amount of time the application sat around waiting to be transferred...?

Thanks all :)

I apply in Nov 14th for my removal if conditions. My green card expired in Feb 8th this year 2018. And on dec 13th they send me an update saying they transfer my case to another jurisdiction and is in Texas. In my case I haven't apply for th citizenship or anything cuz I need to wait for my 3 years. Idk what that means or what's going to happend now. I checked and that office it's still working on may 2017. So hopefully we still on time and receive any other notice soon.

If anyone is going trou the same and have any idea I'll appreciate any opinions. Thank you

My wife’s i751 was received on November 3.

Online it says fingerprint fee received but no paper letter of extension yet.  How long does it normally take to get letter in mail from uscis on i751??  It’s been about 30 days now.

You should call as I said in another post I apply in Nov 14th 2017. And they told me I have to make an info pass appointment to get my extencion letter

Hello all, it's been a long time since posting but we sent off I 751 Nov 2017, had to get the extension as we went back to England for Xmas last year. It expires on the 28th as well as my husband license. We just checked the status and they're sending an RFE.... anyone get one recently and what could they possibly need more evidence of our marriage for? We have twin toddlers and my husband not having his license is really inconvenient and there are no open appointments on the infopass site. Advice?

because my GC is going to expire in a few days 😕

I am seeing a lot of Nov filers saying that their extention/GC will expire in a few days. I just want to make sure I am reading my extension letter correct.  My letter says "extention for 12 months from date on current Green Card"  which means it does not expire untill Feb 2019.  Am I correct?

Yes, your 12 months extension is valid until Feb 19.  Did you get 18 months extension letter.  A lot of people got it.

No, did not receive an 18 month letter.  Not really worried about it. I have no out of county travel plans in the near future  and New Orleans is my local office, they seem to have appointment availability if I need it.
