We filed for my husband at the end of November. Still no extension letter & there’s never any info pass appointments available. My husband needs a job as where he was working closed down & without an extension letter-no one will hire him.

I have heard you need to check for InfoPasses very early in the morning, about 5 am or so.  Something strange about the system and the way it cycles out.  Try checking early because your extension letter is about to expire and you need proof of status!  Have you tried contacting the USCIS for them to send you the 18-month extension letter?

There are two things (at least) that you can try:

1) one look for USCIS website https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do

and file a non-delivery request. I did. They wrote to me the following day and fixed the mistake.  I had only the non-official letter and after I sent them that request, they filed the proper "official" (white letter, with watermark) and they extended the GC for an additional 6 months (for a total of 18 months post the expiration date)

2) I went directly to my DHS office (in Seattle) and tried to request an Info pass without appointment. It didn't work!

They recommended calling the Customer Service when it's 6am in the East Coast and making an appointment on the phone.

Hope this helps!

EAC 1806100001 to EAC1806100338-   116 cases were transferred so far to new office.  Anybody got notification?

I got two text messages (one today, one yesterday) that my case status has been updated so I looked online. Nothing interesting, they were just letting me know that my I-751 has been transferred to another USCIS office. They also said to expect a notice in the mail.

751. Which form is the cri-89? I get stupidly confused since it’s been so long since I filed stuff.

I am the petitioner.

Hi friends,

I mailed my I-751 form for my wife and I got a text that the case was received on NOV 26, 2018 with a case number LIN......  It said they are also sending the receipt notice that describes how the case will be processed.  Its DEC 13TH today and I have not received anything in the mail yet.  My wifes GC is valid till January 24th, should i be concerned as it normally does not take this long to get mail delivered usually.

My case is WAC18044XXXXX and it was received on November 13, 2017.

It was posted before that cases that are around WAC18061XXXX are being sent to transfer centers.

So far, I haven't received any text message or mail notice about my case being transferred, other than the message "on March 4, 2018, it was received by your local office".

Does anybody know what is going on for cases like mine (WAC18044 etcereta). I assume that my case was filed before WAC18061 etcetera because the number is smaller but I might be wrong.

EAC 18047xxx transferred 120 cases in the last week. Not mine. I would be interested in knowing where they were transferred to. Anyone have any information?
