Yes its march 22nd, and dont worry i believe that they are working on all our cases, my theory is those whos dates changed from late feb to march 4th or 5th have been approved, or rfe, you just have to be patiente and wait til later today or a couple of days and should be recieving something in the mail

Congrats on the Interview.  I hope it's just a formality and you'll get approved on the spot :)

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how they are processing the cases at the moment, as I've seen April, July and now November filers get approvals whilst September 2016 people are still waiting

Well, for me it is a relief that the cases were transferred. As I am an overseas filer, I have never received the second letter with biometrics appointment and I completed my biometrics using I-797 receipt number. I couldn't also check any progress on my case since I have never had that CRI-89. So, well I decided to doublecheck with CSC, whether they received my biometrics and CSC answered that they did not. I contacted my overseas field office in Guangzhou and they confirmed that I am still in the system and everything looks fine to them.

Needless to say, I was really frustrated and confused but decided to "think about it tomorrow". "Tomorrow" has stretched for me for almost a month and when I finally was ready to call, they have transferred the cases and my original number worked! So, once I called the tier 1 person was competent enough to confirm that this is not a system glitch, my case is in my field office and she even found my biometrics in the system. Amen!

On a separate thread, a user also pointed to https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as another link to check some activity. You would need a another account for this one.

Does it say anything different or more specific when you use this link?

Just created an account there and mine says the same thing for Feb 27th. It has also another update before dated on Feb 25th. It does not mention anything for March 4th though.

The other usual USCIS link doesn't mention any notice coming my way and also says that my case was received on March 5th, instead of February 27th.
