I filled I-751( EAC18061XXX) on Nov 27, 2017 and Citizenship Nov 25, 2018.  No movement of I-751 and N-400 says Feb 2020.  Could not request the status update of 1-751, because only receipt date Oct 6, 2017  (VSC) can send request.  Nothing but to wail.   Now approval timeline is15-19.5 months.

Don’t give up hope! We are all waiting here. Some local offices are notoriously slow on n400. In this case filing n400 not only doesn’t help speed up i751, but actually slows it down. I saw this article a while ago https://www.nolo.com/legal-updates/filing-n-400-expect-delays-record-numbers-of-naturalization-applications-await-uscis-decision.html . It stoped me filing my n400 when I saw it. Anyways, wait out a bit more and if still nothing, submit the Out of Processing time request. I’m waiting to submit mine in a month. Best of luck!

Good evening, everyone! I have read a couple of comments about people checking their receipt #s and finding out if their applications are ready to be reviewed or not. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out about my I-751 (filed Nov 2017) & N-400 (filed Oct 2018). We've had no RFEs whatsoever... CPR is expiring in July and I am currently pregnant due in August! This has been very stressful and we just want some answers!

Hi Clark - I was in the exact same boat almost a week ago. My i751 was filed in Nov 2017 and N-400 filed Feb 2019. My GC was also expiring in July 2019. No RFE's. On Monday (april 29), I received a notification that my GC has been approved. I believe it's going to happen for you and a few others in the same boat as us.

Have you checked your status online on the USCIS case tracker website?

If you GC is expiring in July, you should perhaps consider getting the i551 stamp on your passport. The usual wait time can be longer so the sooner you get an appointment, the better. For most of the cities, you need to call the USCIS number in your receipt to get an appointment.

Thank you for the prompt reply, Prianca. I have all notifications on - both e-mail and mobile phone. I check my case status every single day. I actually downloaded the USCIS app on my phone to keep track of it on a daily basis as well. In March, I inquired about the status of my I-751 and N-400 and they replied saying that I am going to be having a combi case - which is a good thing, I guess? - Additionally, USCIS April's Visa Bulletin reads that the InfoPass website is not scheduling any appointments due to their transitioning to a new system. However, I did know about calling USCIS Contact Center to schedule an appointment. Would you say that it would be a good idea to call ASAP to schedule an appointment? I also read that you should wait at least 30 days before calling or walking in to a local office - the expiration date on my CPR is July 20th - the thing is that I will be out of town for two weeks (June 17th - July 4th) and there is no way to know if I'll receive any written notices before online notifications when I'm gone.

Hi Guys,

Been reading this forum everyday to get an update, i'm also a November 2017 Filer.

My case originally filed in California then transferred to Texas on January 11, 2019.

My I-751 is still pending from Nov 27, 2017 and applied N-400 on Nov 25, 2018.  Received N-400 interview on June 28, 2019, no mention of any combo interview.  I am happy, but what to do about my  I-751?

Based on other people’s experience, it’s a normal thing. No mention of the combo interview, but at the end it ends up being the combo interview. Just be ready. Come with your spouse and with lots of papers.

Original copies of the once you sent them, and all new evidence you got since you file. Like current bills, w’2, pay stub, tax return. Pictures gather everything you have and take it with you.

Good luck 🍀👍🏽
