Thanks for the advice @holidaywkhcx

I called USCIS this morning and they told me that my case was transferred to Potomac Service Centre from Vermont Service Centre on Feb 26, 2019. She has no other information at the moment. Although she recommended me to get an info pass appointment. My extension expires in 2 months. I can submit a case inquiry in 6 weeks.

I saw a few cases that were transferred to another service center from Vermont rather than NBC, even N400 has been filed and those i751 were approved prior to N400 interview.  I wish you all the best..

Potomac reports working on May 2017 cases. I also wonder if the information provided by the officer was correct. She mention two dates. Feb 6th when it was at VSC and Feb 26th when it was at PSC. These two dates are when I submitted my address change request.

Now, I’m totally confused. Just got the notice that my case was transferred and interview will be scheduled. Notice said that case was transferred to Lee’s Summit, MO. I live in MD. I’m literally 1000 miles away from MO. Why was the case transferred there? I would think that if they want interview, than it would make sense to send it to MD.

National benefit center is in Lee's Summit, MO, they will ship your I-751 to your local district office once it's ready for interview and you will be interviewed at your local office in MD if that's where you live..

So, I’ve called USCIS yesterday to ask why was I transferred to NBC. I was told that it’s because of the overload in Vermont and to speed up my case. I asked about the interview and officer said that there is no info about that and no guarantee that interview even will be scheduled. So, I don’t know... all I know is that it might take a long time since cases in NBC can get stuck there for 6 months or more.

My wife's i751 was transferred to NBC in Jan 2019 and we had the interview in March 2019 at our local office..

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Fast turn around! Did your wife filed for citizenship? How did the interview went?

Yes, she filed N400 as well. I-751 interview is quite simple . officer asked for 2018 tax return + most up to date bank statements, we also added a house deed. Then he asked what we do for living, that's it. It only took 15 mins and he said he recommended us for approval and we will receive another interview letter for N400 only shortly and we got the letter on 4/5 for N400 interview on 5/20. We thought it will be a combo but it didn't..
