I've seen at least 5 cases in Vermont that went through the interview. Some already even got approved.

how did you sent a response to them? I used Fedex overnight delivery. It took them about 2 days to update the status to "response to rfe received".  If you know that your packet was definitely delivered and it's been a while, may want to call them.

Express mail.I dont know if it was delivered.My lawyer did.I call them they tell me not to worry bcuz they send it.I should of done it myself

My case was just updated.They received my response

I jointly filed i751 with my ex in Nov 2017. I sent USCIS a waiver request in Dec 2018 without the divorce decree. I received RFE first week of March and was given 87 days to respond. I responded 2 weeks later (end of March) with additional documentation plus the divorce decree and haven't heard back from CSC yet. Does any know how long CSC takes to respond after submitting documents for  RFE?

I agree - send the whole transcript. We got an RFE for that too as I only sent in the first pages but apparently that doesn't prove to them it was actually filed. Anyway, I sent mine in about two weeks about and today we got a notice that the green card is being produced so don't stress!! My packet was very similar to yours and then I sent it a whole bunch of stuff like you outlined and that was enough so don't worry!

Received an RFE on 1/14/19,  responded 3/14/19, CSC received it (to PO Box via USPS overnight delivery with signature confirmation) on 3/15/19 and today (4/2/19) we were notified that the card was being produced. All in all about 2.5 weeks from receipt of RFE response to production of green card.

 

Also, in case anyone else is looking for this info as I was, our original RFE came on white paper (I saw most people received yellow paper so I was nervous).

Hey guys, it's been a long journey.

Quick update my card was sitting on my mail box, for at least 10 days since the date on the card is something like mid march.

 

Anyways, I wasn't checking anything cuz it was stressing me out so hard, and in my head I was like, one day I'll get it and in the main time I'm just gonna do my thing.

the day came and its finally over, ill see you all at N400 in maybe 5 years, cuz right now I feel like taking a vacation from all this stress.
