Has any divorce waiver filers received case transfer or approval notice yet ?

Long time lurker here, Hello indianshah!

I applied with a divorce waiver in Nov '17 2017, the case was transferred Jan 11 2019, no change since the transfer.

I believe there's no benefit to stressing myself out about this though. I made the decision to just live a great life as the moment my application left my hands this process and outcome is largely out of my control.

The tension is palpable in this thread, and other threads no doubt! Working on continuing to be patient and took up boxing and tennis in the meantime to expend all this extra anxious energy!

Good luck to us all!   🙂

Are you the beneficiary? On my RFE they ask for 2017 tax returns. We never file joint. You mention in one of your post that you send them only yours.Does this means they want joint or both party returns.I have issues with the IRS that y I dont send my response yet.

Hi. I am the petitioner and (my husband is the beneficiary) no we never sent any taxes in for either one of us because there was no need to if we didn’t file jointly they’re not looking to see if you filed your taxes they just want to see if you have joint financial obligations together.

We have never filed together yet because of a debt that I owe the IRS so I just provided them with that proof from the IRS Showing that i owe them and this is the reason why we don’t file jointly

For some reasons VSC, they are approving September, October, Nov, Dec, 2017 and one or two Jan 2018.  Not sure why they did not complete one month ( say Sep 2017) and go for the next month Oct 2017.  That is the reason, lot of people are waiting and very much frustrated.  The approval process became unpredictable.

How do you see this info.. were Nov  and still nothing has been heard since our transfer on jan 11 from CA to TX
