November 2017 I-751 Filers

Hey guys,

 

I got no status update on my case tracker nor on the USCIS page. Informed delivery informed me about this letter that comes today. Of course, I am curios AF. Is this a RFE or the approval. Can someone tell by the paper. My case got transferred on the 01/11 to Texas.

I can see the watermark of Statue of Liberty (I think).  If you can see that, that is an approval letter.  The RFE is not printed on a watermarked paper.

Yeah, I cant really tell, as this is just the informed delivery photo. nevertheless, our extension letters also had the statue of liberty on it. This obvious has a bar code on it and maybe people that got a approval letter can tell if this had a bar code :-)

We already received the RFE notice last week and I got something today also but mine looks like a different size than everyone else's but i also notice the letter date is feb 27 but not postmarked until march 6 🤔🧐

I see just what i have on the screenshot. I have the stamp and a bar code showing. You had a stamp and the barcode showing on your RFE?

This was the RFE (barcode and the stamp). 

And it was yellow.  If I have to guess I think mine has another duplicate that’s what it looks like yours looks different though

Ok, that pretty much answered my questions. Its an RFE for me too. because of the stamp and the bar code. Unless, someone shows the first page of an approval letter and it has also stamp and bar code with the statue of liberty on it too. I am not sure if mine looks different. The post preview never shows color. :-)

Yea, my case got approved last month and it was never transferred and I didn't file for citizenship.  It just sat at California with no updates until it got approved.

Thanks hixsy and liznaj7. We filed late November but our NOA1 date is early December. Haven't heard anything either. It seems like all of the movement for December is on cases that were transferred to another office.

Hi I got something similar but mine turned out to be an extension letter. So it’s either that, an rfe letter or approval letter. I hope it’s an approval letter. All the best!!!
