It's real ^_^  Congrats

Mine was like that too, changed to new card being produced without any approval notification first.

I'm so happy for you, I know you were so worried about this.

Hi there, Has your case ever transferred to other center?

Did your cri-89 status change? And how long did it take from card being produced until you got it?

Nope, that status never changed.  It took 10 days from getting the notification to receiving the card in the mail, you should get an update when the card is mailed with the tracking number.  You'll also get an approval notice too which will most probably arrive before the card.

I feel like my case is lost somewhere.

I mailed the I-751 to California on 10-31-2017 , got the NOA 11-08-2017, got biometrics done on 2017-11-30

I was on part of glitch Feb of 2018 so it is showing on 02-27-2018 they received it to the local office.

During the time I got divorced and send additional documents to prove the marriage was in good faith but that wasn't until last month.

my I-751 starts with WAC18039XXXXXX and CRI-89 is WAC18028XXXXX... my 18 months extension will be expired this May, and since I am working I am getting nervous and even feel like they totally forgot about my case..

I see lots of cases are getting transferred to other offices but mine is not moving at all.

Welcome to my boat. Nothing has changed on my case. Just be patient and all of us will get through.

Do they still issue RFE's after being transferred ? Saw a casa today getting a rfe after got transferred to Texas 11 the January..

Transferring the case is to balance workload.  No one has worked on those transferred cases yet.  When those cases are being worked on, if RFE is warranted, then one will be issued.

@younes-maria Yes Ours was transferred to Texas in December 2018 and we were issued an RFE 3 days before my husbands extension letter was expiring on Feb 11 2019.    I am returning the RFE Packet by this Monday

The wait does not frustrate me as much as the fact that for the most part we are being uninformed about what the heck is going on with our cases at all.

For as much as we paid for the services, I think we deserve to at least have a real time information on where exactly the physical case is located.  Like Vermont Service Center, Storage room 123, Shelf #14, Row 15, Position 12 etc

I agree 110% because we do pay for their salary basically ! and we pay for this whole process for them to be so  insufficient   And provide such horrible customer service you are exactly right we should know more and be informed more often about a service that we’re paying for.  If the United States Postal Service can tell you what mail you’re going to get before you open your mailbox then you should know where your case status is exactly at all times  !!! The technology is there they should Utilize it

Congrats! It’s the real thing. I just got my card in the mail today. You will receive your card in about 1 week.  That’s the same notice I received but nothing updated till the next day.

Hi

I have a question, i received an rfe with generic lists of informations, one of which is  asking for copies of lease etc. with no specific dates from the letter, we moved to a second address around may 2017. my name was not included on the lease on the first address... only at the second one. can we just send the second lease with my name on it? or should i put an explanation as to why im

not sending a lease for the past yrs?

thanks
