The main idea for ROC that the couple is still married, so if their is no divorce filing or notify the USCIS that marriage is over, they could approve the case without RFE.  It is just the way  to buy more time knowing that they could not finish on time.  ROC is a wast of time process just to catch one or two bad people.  

Yes! And more money we have to pay!!!! ROC is a waste of time n money

Dear VJ friends,

This morning on my way to work I finally got the text message I've been waiting for! My new card is being produced. 😍 But I won't 100% believe it until I have the card in my hand. 

 

Thank you for letting me vent and complain for the past (almost) year and a half. 

 

Fingers crossed that you'll all receive your approvals soon.

Same feeling when i got that message on February 28, i was thinking that maybe there's a system glitch so i didn't trust what the website says until my card arrived March 6.

11/07/2017 - Mailed I-751 to CSC

11/13/2017 - I-751 delivered to CSC

11/13/2017 - NOA1 Date

11/17/2017 - Received NOA Letter

11/17/2017 - Date of Biometrics Letter

11/24/2017 - Biometrics Letter received

12/08/2017 - Biometrics Appointment Date

08/16/2018 - 18 month extension letter received (dated 08/11/2018)

02/12/2019 - New Card is being Produced

02/22/2019 - 10 Year Green Card received

Congrats! Here I am still waiting.. no movement since April 2018. My 18 month letter expires in July 2019.
