I am a Nov 2017 filer as well. Originally from California then transferred to Texas on January 11th.

On Monday, 2/25  I received a status update on my phone that my case was approved on 2/21.2019. On 2/26, I got another update regarding my case - this time card was Mailed to me. Today, 2/28/2019 I received my GC!! :)

I thought of applying  N400 while waiting for Removal but decided to wait.

Note: I never had biometrics/ interview.

Well, I thought this would be over by now, but not for me, last day of February and still nothing . . . last thing on my case was "on April 9th case was received at local office".

I can't help but overthink everything . . We also don't have kids at least not yet, but we do have an amazing adopted dog.

I am in the same boat as you. Case transferred to Texas On December 13, 2018 and no word since then.

I know I should stay positive, but I am getting very anxious and discouraged.

My case is not touched, transferred etc and all the cases around me was approved.  EAC18061XXXX, filed Nov 27, 2017.   Also noticed they are issuing a lot of RFE and it is one way to spread the work load further ( 3 more months) after they transferred a lot of cases to other service centers.  It seems ROC process,  the priority is low in USCIS list of approval process.

I know right? When I saw it I thought it was going to be an approval or rfe letter only to find out it was another copy of the 18 month extension letter

So random . . mine expires in May, I wonder if I'll be getting a second one too. Next time I'm coming back from abroad, I'll be handing the customs border agents a Binder.

- Excuse me sir, is this the new Harry Potter book? SO THICK

- No is just my BINDER FULL OF EXTENTION LETTERS. Yes sir it's been a while and they won't touch my case, so take your time going thru all these letters. No biggie.  🙄

It crazy, the annoying part is the Driver License short renewals because of pending I751.

So I wasn’t sent a “new extension” letter. It’s just another copy of the one sent last year. It just says my stay has been extended for 18 months from the original expiry date of my green card. So this is not an additional 18 month extension.
