We got an approval without tax returns but we provided them with a lot of other documentation showing proof of financial co-mingling, including supporting documentation for why there was no tax returns (mainly copies of my husbands benefits statements from the VA)

It looks from one of your previous posts that you didn't send any bank statements or tax returns - might I ask what evidence you did provide?

@hixsy

Thats what im concerned with is the tax returns.  But i am prepared to show them proof why we are not filing taxes together(because of my current dispute for tax year 2015). It just amazes me they expect you to have all this stuff that basically requires having a SS number which my husband just recieved in 2016.  And its not like your credit is established fast, for us to be able to apply for things together

I got a call from my field office to remind me to bring my spouse along for the N-400 interview since my ROC is pending.

I informed them that I did not get an official notice about the combo interview. After the call they emailed me a generic i-751 interview checklist.

Last Will, and Healthcare Power of Attorney are both easy to do. Google the forms, get them done and notarized.
