Will fill that form. Thanks a bunch.  Do you know if its okay If I sumbit my n400 form using my old gc ?   It should be fine right because people apply for n400 while they are waiting for their new gc and roc approval, correct ?

That part I cannot answer with absolute certainty, but I believe it is fine because a lot of people have already applied like you said.  Your current proof of LPR is your expired GC and an extension letter.

You can post this question on the N-400/I-751 pending combo.  I am sure people will be able to confirm your understanding.

@Bixby  yes us too,   You want to know the sad part of all this is if i had waited 2 months longer when i originally started this whole process he would have been sent a 10yr because it would have been over 2 years of marriage 😕. Here we are 5 years later .....

I talked to a uscis officer on the phone again and she advised to wait until I hear back from the request of error they submitted for me. They think it might not be an error in the first place which i doubt. Because "date of residence since "should be identical in all of my cards, correct ?

Also she advised to submit the two gc old and new in my n400 application and sumbit an attachment explaining the dates discrepancy.

They couldn't give me indefinite answers but just recommendation.

What do you think of that Starkilla?

@Bixby I also didnt submitt and taxes because we have never filed together yet. In 2015 I had/have a Discrepancy with the IRS and an previous employer, because of this we cant file together until mine is settled.    But i submitted pics, our lease, car insurance , bank accounts together i cant remember what else I sent.   I would really like to tell them if you dont believe us just come live with us for 48hrs LOL.    I also have his named tattooed on my body which if we ever got called into do an interview i might show them 🤣🤣🤣

Have any of you included photos in your evidence and if so how many?  I was printing off my last few things this morning and have included about half a dozen from the past 2

A lot of us are guilty, we sent lots of documents including tax transcripts, lease documents, if you have house together,  bank statements, joint credit cards, beneficiary to 401K, life insurance, medical insurance , health power of attorney, pictures of journey together.

It seems USCIS is accustomed to see large amount of documents from us and it became a new normal, so those have less documents, they might get RFE, but all depend on the work load and mood of IO.

The only thing they know how to say, “Wait.”  If they say “work on cases” as many times as they say “wait” to us, I-751 processing time will be like 1 day.

We got an approval without tax returns but we provided them with a lot of other documentation showing proof of financial co-mingling, including supporting documentation for why there was no tax returns (mainly copies of my husbands benefits statements from the VA)

It looks from one of your previous posts that you didn't send any bank statements or tax returns - might I ask what evidence you did provide?
