Thats exactly what i read also last night   But here is the HUGE problem.  2 weeks ago we went to get an I-551 stamp and the took his greencard  i am praying somewhere i have a copy of it front and back but so far i havent found it.   I do have a copy of the front though

@Have2win - but by their (USCIS) own rule, a stamp serves as a proof of permanent residency (or a green card) for a year.  It even says that on the stamp.  So it makes sense if you have a stamp to not have a card.  I only have a stamp now, no card either.

GBOS and Have2win- Then took my card also during  stamping, but they provided me a photocopy of the card, but I have few copies of myself and when I applied N-400, I have a copy.  Have2win- look more carefully, you might find one.  But 1-551 stamp is green card

Yes I am 100% sure I have a copy of the front I know that at some point I had made a copy front and back because I know that I submitted it the first time I submitted the original application they’re notorious for losing stuff and not admitting to just to buy time coincidentally the day they issued the RFE was the 60th day and I would’ve been able to submit an inquiry if they had not have touched my case but there’s a chance that I might have a copy of the front and back of the green card at work  later today.

Has any divorce waiver filers received case transfer or approval notice yet ?

I'm doing the waiver and haven't heard back yet.

But I filed it jointly because all the dramas happened 2 months after we filed I-751 together.

and my lawyer was stupid enough to almost screw my case so I sent additional papers 2 weeks ago.

I am hoping them to schedule an interview for me soon.

I filed to California and my receipt number starts with wac18039****

I had also filed a joint petition in Nov 2017. However I converted my case to a waiver in Jan 2019. My case status hasn't changed since March 2018. Was wondering if they have approved/interviewed any waiver cases yet and whether waivers have a different timeline compared to joint filing.

Wac18059 still waiting,  last time updsted was jan. 2019 that it was transferred to tx from ca. Any ideas why  or anyone been approved yet.  Never had roe or interview

Completely normal because of case overloads ( ours was filed in Vermont transferred to Texas and at one point said was in a local office which the immigration office told me that was not true it was basically like a glitch in the computer system that nobody’s was transferred to a local office ) and we just received a RFE for initial evidence but I have not got the letter yet still waiting to recieve it in the mail

I received my notice today today too

They got my papers on Nov 30th (Vermont)..  case was transferred to Texas in the middle of December 2018.

I thought we were going to get a RFE since i'm not in the deed of the house (my husband bought it 10 years before we first met'.. we are planning to move so we didn't feel like spending money to change the deed) and we didn't have utility bills with both our names except cellphones.. i guess we provided enough other evidence, no RFE for us. Good luck guys!

Have2win- You got RFE, it is not bad news, they might ask a few simple documents you will have.

Yeah and its a RFE for INITIAL (not additional) evidence.
