Ecotone- Congratulations .   just to add that I tried ( Philadelphia) a few night after 12 to get Infopass appointment   was unsuccessful,  but installed check for change  and able to get appointment in the day time.  So each local office is different.

My case was transferred to Nebraska in December 2018, and last week I got an RFE asking for more evidence.

I have gathered all documents, and now need to mail it. Address they gave me is a PO BOX. Should I sent it through USPS priority mail? What’s the best way to ship it so I can have a confirmation and tracking number?

What evidence did  they ask for in the  RFE?   What had you sent in to begin with?

Good morning fellow Nov-17 filers,

Just thought I'd share some somewhat encouraging news for all of you who got transferred to TSC on 12/13/2018. My EAC case (EAC18048* batch) was approved on Friday. So although it clearly looks like Texas is moving slower than Vermont, it also seems like they are picking up the pace and slowly getting to the Oct/Nov cases. I also ran the numbers for the 18048* batch of cases and based on all the approved/RFE/open cases showing in the case tracker app, a rough estimate indicates that all of those cases should be adjudicated by mid-March (roughly 4 to 5 cases per day are processed). The end is near! Congrats to all who got approved, good luck to everyone else who is still anxiously waiting... Should be no more than a month or 2 tops.

This is helpful, thank you. Always good when VJ members are able to shed some light on this very mysterious process.

But honestly, the thought of (potentially) waiting another two months...that means I won't hear anything until April and that is very upsetting.

I only sent summary pages of everything (IRS, bank statements, lease). The letter is standard, so hard to say what exactly it is that was missing. So I am resubmitting everything with the transaction pages, and just including more of it (IRS and bank statements from 2014 to 2019, for example).

USPS Priority mail will be fine and you can track it easily and also economical.

Thank you!

prianca-Are EAC18047XXX are October or November 2017 filers?  The other column ( 51 cases), are the transfer cases or they are still waiting to be approved and marked as case in the local office? I am EAC18061XXXX, a lot of cases were approved in jan and Feb, but not mine and 47 others waiting marked as in the local office since April 9, 2018

EAC180470XXXX is a filing date of November 16, 2017.

I believe most people having their case pending as of February 2018 received a glitch on or about February 26-28, 2018 that their cases were transferred to a local office, which turned out to not be true.

Around 25 are transferred and 16 are in the local office. The graph could be counting it incorrectly. I would assume these are late October and November filers. I will not speculate the process. It’s taxing!
