I just got my 10 years GC today! I was approved on Ferbruary 1st and I am surprised how quickly they sent it from Texas. It really feels good after all that stress, I was in the waiting list for over a year and now I can renew my DL, keep my job and travel without problems. I will start the naturalization process in a few weeks. I wish you all the same luck and don't lose hope. My number is EAC18066*****

Yay! That's awesome. Gives me a little hope since my application was transferred over to Texas.

My green card was produced in Jan 23 and they mailed it out on 28th. But i still dont have it in my hands.

its kind of stucked in USPS.  It always shows me "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility" Whai i supposed to do? Anybody had the same problem?

Same as me, then. I'm also in NYC, I originally applied to VSC and my case was transferred to Texas.

Now I'm starting to freak out.

As I said in the past, the approval process is random.  I try find out some logic about the approval process and could not figure it out.  I gave up and will wait my approval EAC18061XXXX group.

That's exactly what USCIS wants us to be. If we all know how USCIS operates then we all go and ask very technical yet uncomfortable questions they don't want to answer because they are obligated to tell the truth. Instead they remain silent by which way no body knows what's up with them except whistle blowers and they can always come up with some excuses such as every case is unique wifh different circumstance and therefore we can not speak on behalf of it (sounds familiar?)

It's vague yet effectively avoid any questions that a requestor may have.

In my case (I751/N400) I feel that by filing for Naturalization, made things longer. i am getting bored and anxious of reading threads over and over. i think it's time to be patient and focus on something else. Once you file both forms, you are at mercy of your local office.

No point wasting time to call USCIS, they will provide generic answers that it is taking 15.5 to 19.5 months and you can enquirer if you are out of your processing time.
