WAC18045 CA here, no changes .

thank you Maria and the rest of members for sharing the information. I am still very intrigued. May be if they are already approving GCs for those cases filed in September 2017 and they are transferring those cases 18061 and higher...maybe those like me that we are in between (18044) are being processed? Maybe a Xmas miracle?

My wife’s i751 was received on November 3.

Online it says fingerprint fee received but no paper letter of extension yet.  How long does it normally take to get letter in mail from uscis on i751??  It’s been about 30 days now.

I was looking at the statistics from this very same website (VisaJourney/Immigration Timelines/Lifting Conditions(I-751)) and it seems that it is taking on average 511 days (17 months roughly) between the Notice of Action and the approval at the California Service Center.

Include your tax returns since marriage, bank account statements, insurance (health, auto/home) and joint utility bills at the very least :)

Hey guys, do we have any November 2017 filers who cases have been transferred to NSC or TSC

Yes, received a letter yesterday saying my case was transferred on Dec 3rd to Texas Service Center. I am a November filer. Thankfully, I have an infopass appointment next week to ask for i551 stamp as received no extension letter.

@johnnystam Are you a CSC or VSC filer ? Also what's the first 5 of your case number ?

Today I received a letter from USCIS a form G-56 Call in Notice, stating Reason for Appointment: I-751 Interview which is a month from today.

Are you a divorce-waiver filer @tom_danny ? Any reason why they called you in ? Significant age difference between you and your spouse or are you living seperately ?

I am VSC filer. Yes, I'm divorced-waiver filer. My case got a little bit complicated or rather said a lot more complicated. I've been green card holder since 2013 and still battling this. I could easily write a book. Does anyone have good explanation or definition of G-56 form?

Thank you!
