Hi every one,

I have a question about form I-751. On Part 3. Additional Information about you, questioin #9 said "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent residence (if yes, attach a list of all address and dates)".

The explanation of Part 3 said "if you answered "yes" to any of the above, provide detailed explanation on a separate sheet of paper and refer to "What initial evidence is required" to determine what criminal history documentation to include with your petition..."

My husband and I moved more than once during the past two years because of job changes. Is this going to have any bad impacts on our I-751 petition? When I got my conditional green card, I don't remember seeing requirements any where saying we should not move duing the two-year period. What information should I include on the separate sheet of paper: list of all address and dates, reason for moving, evidence that husband and I lived together...?

Any help on this would be really appreciated.

I had to attach this separate sheet of paper with our old address (we moved last year). The instructions just say to put your name(s) -- I put both of ours because it is a joint petition -- and the immigrant spouse's A# at the top of the sheet, and then the number of the item (Part 3, no. 9). This item only requests the old address(es) and the dates you lived there.

Note the instruction about "initial evidence" pertains only to the criminal history question, and the "detailed explanation" goes toward the other yes/no questions, which by their nature require explanation. The specific, italicized instruction in parentheses following the question about residing at any other address only states that one should attach a sheet with all addresses and dates. It doesn't say anything about putting a reason for moving.

Meh

9. Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (If yes, attach a list of all addresses and dates.)

I don't see the question asking anything else but what it asks: What were your addresses during your PR time.

You are reading too much into this.

You meant AR-11 and I-865.

We moved twice since Nani became a PR. I have copies of the AR-11's and receipts for the I-865's on file and intend to submit copies of those docs with the I-751 that we'll file in 7 weeks. Yep, getting ready for it.

Ok, great. We moved three times during the past two years, I filed AR-11, didn't keep all the copies; husband never filed I-865, never heard about this form till today.

We will still file I-751 by the end of May any way. Has any body heard about any one get into trouble during I-751 processing bcoz that he/she didn't file I-865? Any thing we can do to make it up at this point of time, file three I-865 all together?

Thanks,

Cax&JL
