Hi everyone, I am so confused what to do. My husband uses the address of his daughter ever since he got divorced but he has a mailing address (Po box). But anyways we spent weeks living in his daughter's property (in RV trailer) when I got here, and then we moved to an RV park (where we are staying right now). And when we filed my  Permanent Resident we used his daughter's address because it is more secure . My husband is a truck driver .  Since I got here we already move 3 times. From march 2015- july 2015  we stayed here where we are staying right now, July2015-November 2015 to another city, and then November- recent we came back here where we are staying before. So right now we been living here for about 1 year and 10 months. And we never apply that change of address because we never know we might move to other place again.

So here is my problem :

Some of our billing statement like dental statement, bank statement  is addressed to our PO box. But

1. When we are going to file my I-751 we still want to use the address of his daughter's address. And I want to include our rental statement because my name is there. But the problem is that the address of the Rv park is in our rental statement. And in the form I-751 they ask your physical address, so the USCIS will get confused why our physical add and rental  address is different ,so how is that?should I include the rental statement when we send our documents to USCIS or not?

2. And in the form I-751 part 1 ,# 22.the question is have u resided at any other address since you became a permanent address.?, should I put Yes to that if ever I will include or rental statement?

3. And also both driver's license address is his daughter's address. And also I want to include  the copy of our driver's license too.

I hope somebody can help me before I send our documents .I am so worried and confused.

Thanks a lot.

You can still use the address of your husband's daughter address as mailing address and use the address of your current apartment as physical address - Make sure you explain in writing the scenario as how you explain here so USCIS can understand.

Yes, you have to fill out that part of all the addresses that you moved/lived dont forget to include the mm/dd/yyyy and if you have the apartment lease include them.

it's important that both of you have the same address on State ID or Driver's license - again explain again in writing why the physical address and mailing address is different so they can understand.

Thank you Lemon23, anyway in our driver's license we both have same address, and that is the daughter's address and at the bottom of that is our Po Box..So it's like we have 2 address in the driver's license. The daughter's and the Po box.

Is it okay if we use the daughter's address as physical address and the mailing address is the Po Box, since almost all of our documents is addressed to the PO box anyway.

I checked again our rental statement and I will show you the format of it so you will understand me :), because I know it's confusing a lil bit, even me.

So both our name  in the name of renters and  Po Box as our address. Because usually almost all of our mails goes to Po Box. We just used the address of the daughter's add as our physical address because of my husband's job.

I never heared anyone using PO Box as a mailing address so I can't tell if its okay or not.
