Guys I hope the next month you all get approved soon! I’m a September 6th still waiting for NOA2 and I hope I get approved with you all. Day 233 today

Have you not thought about contacting USCIS about your case? because you can definitely contact them because its outside the usual processing time

To speed things up go to https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative type your zip code and find the details of your local congress and request that they try and assist you if you dont have any luck with speaking to USCIS.

Try calling USCIS and request to speak to a Tier 2 Officer

Good luck!

Yes have called them like 5 times and we already talked to a tier 2. Same answer all the time “we are working on September 1st” “you are normal processing time” even the tier 2 said that. So nothing else

thank you so much

We are all hoping for November approvals soon. Been having a bit of a cappy day. John and Rose's rejection hit me really hard. Longing to see some good old approvals!

Yeah their rejection was a bummer. This entire process is not for the weak. Good thing John and Rose and the kids have hearts made of gold.

Hello all, I ran a full scan tonight. I wish I could say I had good news, but I don't. Maybe next week!

Over the last week there were 3 November cases that got updated.

2 - Request For Additional Evidence Was Mailed (11/13 and 11/17 received dates)

1 - Response to USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received. (11/21 received date)

I also realized i had a few issues with the data having some wrong dates, so I fixed those as well this week. It didn't change much though.

That's it. I'll once again run small scans each day to keep an eye on it, and a full scan next Friday night. If I see them start to process several on one day, then I'll run full scans daily as it makes sense.

Someone posted the start dates of August / September / October before, and based on the dates between those I'm not surprised if we have just a few more days left before they get started. Perhaps next week / next Friday.

Updated Full November Scan as of 4/27/2018 11:00pm CST

19 Approved Cases

111 RFE or Otherwise Updated Cases

3349 Virgin Cases

Sorry for the date mistakes... Because I made the first scan a little late some dates were already having updates and I had to "guess" some of the received dates..

I think I also put a few dates in the wrong column in one of my early updates while I was still getting used to working with it :) No worries.

I have the data updated every week too, if you need anything just tell me.

I am thinking of planning the next a few months in this week, because my computer may decide its done working (it is going crazy lately) and I want to leave it to people before I leave on may 18. so just tell me if you need too :D

Day 172.....it's time..it's time...it's time...

I am trying to stay busy and not be anxious.

I normally see my love every two months, but stretching it this time until the interview. We are at two months and the true challenge has begun.

*sigh*

I know my situation isn't the worse...but the emotions are emotions...

I am praying for favor and an APPROVED status soon...very soon...it's our time November filers.

Is it okay for me to expect them to start on us November filers next week? 🙄

We're all anticipating that there will be a start for November filers next week. We; however, dare not expect anything when at the mercy of the system for adjudication.

I am confident November filers will see some movement next week!!!

Not yet. I am running mini-scans everyday, and I'll run a full scan on Friday no matter what. They haven't started on November yet, but when they do, I will be sure to keep everyone up to day here and start doing full scans every day.

Soon. I am hoping we see some action, even withdrawals, on Friday, but we really can't predict.

What is withdraw

Tomorrow is Monday for me and I get so frustrated because I know it’s only Sunday in America. No work to be done on Sunday in USCIS land..

Getting increasingly irritable with all this waiting too.. feel a bit sorry for my fiancé because I’ve been so bitter lately :-/ oops

Which makes Mondays even worse than they used to be... (It will be Monday here too... I hated it... still hate it )

So annoying knowing that our week is starting and they’re still chilling on their weekend. Just get to work already!
