Not yet. I am running mini-scans everyday, and I'll run a full scan on Friday no matter what. They haven't started on November yet, but when they do, I will be sure to keep everyone up to day here and start doing full scans every day.

Soon. I am hoping we see some action, even withdrawals, on Friday, but we really can't predict.

I'm positive they start this week. I've told my fiancé they will so it must happen. :jest:

Can't wait to see all your happy faces.

You're almost there guys, hold on just a little bit longer.

And @Carolina Dalton, trust me sweetheart, you will be reunited with your love before the end of this year!

i continue asking  myself with we didn't take the CR1 path...

I didn't have any doubt about K1 as it was only 3 months from application to approved but down the road I kept whining to J saying " we should have done CR1" too late now

Hi @Naes I know you monitor Visa Journey abit and thank you for doing so. I also heard that the CR1 visa was a lengthy process and took a year to 2 years but recently i have heard from friends that it didnt take up to 8 months. Do you honestly know how long the CR1 visa is taking these days, are they being process in months versus years as we all initially were told.

I have a friend that we are doing it almost same time ( well not really ) she is July filer for CR1 and I am Oct filer for K1, it took her 6 months for NOA2 and for NVC 3 months- she just got her NVC nr. totally waiting time until all granted would be

12-14months.

but again, she is apart from her husband while waiting all the paperwork, but then she can start applying job and travel or leave the country once she arrived in US.

As for us, we didn't take CR1 because of the process of official wedding in my country is hella lots of preparation, racist, time-consume, and ridiculous. That was why.

My case is from nov 16 and got a RFE on February 1st they received the evidence on March 22 and I got the approval on April 3

Again, those November 16th cases were not normal.  They never should have been touched in Feb when they were.  Lucky few, but not normal and not something that has happened in any month before and since.

February 22 - September cases

March 26 - October cases

I'm not exactly sure at the moment as I need to check again but highly likely were these dates.
