Congrats everyone I just keep saying to myself,  its almost the end of November  that means one month less of waiting, then December, then January and followed by  February, and then march and then April and my bf would come to us  or at least I will receive my noa2

Hello everyone,

We sent in our application October 25th, USCIS received it on October 30th, but their Notice Date is November 1st so I guess we fall under the November filers category!

Goodluck to all of you, let's hope the time passes fast and they speed up this application process

I just wanted to give an overall view of all the months from June-October

(For November is still continuing 70% done up to date so I'll put it to the same drive and update you guys)

I am on some calculations with rejected files right now.

My reasoning is, we mostly assumed when calculating their weekly average numbers from past that those are only approvals and how they must have worked for, however I believe I can get an even accurate number by adding the already rejected pile to this...Why am I doing this?

By now it's just fun... I mean really I think even I will get my NOA2 before I figure what these guys are thinking? ...

You can find the November case list up-to-date.

However,I believe last weeks numbers are not all in yet (Dated 13-17), because WAC numbers weren't given,so possibly not all NOA1's are sent yet either.

I'll do another update at the end of the month.

Dropping in here real quick. I will be a December filer (well my hubby-to-be will. God that sounds good ) Anyway. We will file when I get over to the states for the holidays which will be in 26 days, 11 hours and 36 minutes (but who's counting...).

 

Just wanted to wish all of you a lot of patience, faith and strength for the upcoming wait. I will be dropping in here to see your updates too cause when they start handling your cases mine will soon follow. Lol.

 

And on a sidenote: Naes, you are ff-ing amazing!

Thank you everyone on VJ. This site has been a great resource for me to make this process very easy. Thank you all. I am a November filer and my package should be in Lewisville by tomorrow. Man it was pretty huge lol. I'm keeping up with the tracking then I will follow my money order for cashing thank you again all.

I sent my petition in November 13th and it supposedly got there by the 15th. I sent it priority shipping. I need to check my receipt when I get home to be sure. I have not received a NOA1 yet or any correspondence of acceptance. I wonder if its because of the holiday this week. Biting my nails waiting to see what happens. My fiance and I have been working on this since July. I am going to spend Christmas  and New Years with him in the UK. I hope UK immigration doesn't give me . I've been hearing women from US getting red flagged for having a fiance or boyfriend in the country. I have a return ticket and I'm bringing a letter from my employer and my university showing I have reasons to return. I hope that will be enough.

I doubled checked my tracking they received it on the 16th. I'll try to remain patient and no freak out. Its only been 3 business days so ill just keep my mind busy for now.

Petition mailed on Friday 11/10 and received on Monday 11/13. To date, we have not received the NOA, but the check did clear this morning.
