Did a tiny scan tonight of the first 5 days, nothing yet. I'll keep checking every day. I'm thinking by Friday we should start to see some withdrawals get processed or possible even 11/1. Let's see what happens!

I wish the previous months didn't have no many "silent" NOA2s and it was easier to get a better count on just how complete the months are, but it is what it is! I'm sure some USCIS team manager somewhere has a nice pretty graph on some kind of dashboard somewhere... I wish they could share it! LOL.

Hope they can start Nov this week.

But what does processing the withdrawals mean? Do they usually process withdrawals first ?

Yes, usually you'll see them process a bunch of withdrawals right before they really get started on the month.

I realized that my case was approved  when I register on the page https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ and one week later they sent the Noa2 to my boyfriend

@Naes does this happen often from what you've seen over the months - random case approval dates outside of the normal processing month? I thought this only happened with expedited cases related to military or something a long those lines!

No. This is not an expedite. Others are expedited. This happened to only some November 16 received date cases. Never seen before or in any other month.
