November 2017 Filers K1 VISA I-129F (merged)

So my NOa1 paper says recieved date nov22nd but notice date is the 27th. Now looking at the old website it says NOA1 acceptance was Nov 22nd but the new Website says Nov 27th. Which one do I believe? I really hope it's the 22nd.

there is no “touch” other than rfe or name updated which can be seen on the case tracker status. The other is a ridiculous unconfirmed theory about when the last updated date changed in the old website with accounts. FYI mine never changed...so either they approved mine without ever touching it or there no thing such a touch without a status change. I go with the latter.

So how then (on either of the websites or any of the apps) has it been determined that, for instance, someone's name of DOB has been updated/input or etc? I've seen that posted here before and have always related that to what it meant by "touched" and that THAT would be visible on that applicant's account status if anyone were to input that applicant's case number. Is that not the case? 

Ie can I just see what an updated status looks like on the app? That's what I would like to see..

Oh that's what I mean by the touched too.

 

I thought you meant the cases where people think it is touched because the date on the website ""as of date" updates.

 

Ok so you want me to give a list of statuses on the part I group under touched?

It is as it says Received date 22 Submitted date and notice date 27. If you read carefully you will see the new site says nothing about the received date.

No I just want you to show me a screen shot of a case that has been "touched" so I can see what the msg on the app looks like (I know we don't like to post application numbers so I was trying to leave that out of it by not asking you for a number to search myself).

In our case it just said "your name was updated" (on the new site)

And I didn't received a e-mail but when it is an approval it says "post decision activity"

If it is something else I believe it is "action taken on your case"

 

However the statuses are exactly same as the old website.

 

Did I understood correct?

I don't have a screenshot of any cases as I do not actually see them like that, but only as statuses. 

 

But if you want to see for example how an rfe message looks like just search any 500 case and I'm sure there will be something with some kind of update.

Of course this is only for the old site.

 

For the new site app is not connected so it won't matter.

 

But if you want a specific status just dm me the status you want to see and I can tell you what number to look at.

Yes that's the just of it, lol. I just was tired of looking at my same old status and wanted to see what a status "with action" looked like.

I started replying to my status in the end... as I was continuously refreshing the pages...

The numbers I put there are by received date. (Which is also written on that post) seriously guys read what I wrote not just the pictures..

Received date (old site): when they got the petition

Submitted date (new site) when your info was put into the system

 

It really doesn't mean anything.  It doesn't mean your case is a few days "older".  I'm not sure why people have such problems with this.  In the end it doesn't really mean a change in anyone's petition.

like you got a date officially it never changed! If how they write one day moved a few days then everyone’s case moved a few days!!!

Just don’t panic and stress yourself. 

 

There wont be anything like a date change to your case or anyone’s as you already have a hard copy of your noa1 whatever the websites say.

 

and don’t worry this happens a lot that’s why I’m writing it in each post.
