Hey guys, my names Gilbert(petitioner) I'm new here. Our NOA-1 date is November 1st, 2017. I've purposely waited til now to join this site. I've been a silent reader for months. I've been blessed that I can visit her (Mexico) on average every 2 months. I want to wish us all (November filers) best of luck and god bless us all with patience. We are hoping her POE to be around mid to late September 2017.

Cheers from the Lone Star State.

Wow, that just seems very quick, considering how slow and time consuming everything can be. In my opinion from what I've seen roughly 9 to 10 months are the lucky numbers from a NOA-1. That would push our POE to roughly mid August to mid September. We just put September in our minds and rolled with it. Anything earlier would be surprising but a blessing!!! Best of luck!!!

criminal charges are like possession of drugs, breaking an entry, robbery, murder, assault. the person only needs to appear in court for a speeding ticket because they either want to fight it or they didn't pay it off in time and it turned into a warrant.

trust me I know because I literally just got my police record 2 days ago and it's completely clean and I had quite a few tickets turn into warrants

Speaking of police certificates needed, when do those get submitted? After NVC with interview stuff?

I was thinking the same, if it is September something went wrong.

I'm just curious how you came up with June as your POE? Please enlighten me.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that they should begin processing November cases in about 2 weeks? Is this true ?

It's just a guess, but yeah shouldn't be too much longer.
