It is fine that you don't care about others. And it is 100% fine that you state some 'facts' based on your observation.

I think you are just not really putting yourself into their shoes.

Imagine you are the one who is waiting for NOA2 under pressure and someone after your NOA1 date have already received NOA2/RFE but yours is remaining silent.  And it has only been 2 -3 weeks that USCIS started working on your month and all of a sudden, Dec filers jump into your thread and saying, oh, USCIS is going to process our cases soon!!! They are not gonna only spend time on Nov filers!!! You guys have only waited around 20 days more then us!!!

How do you feel? If you tell me that you totally don't care about this kind of thing happening on you, then I will ask you why are you so rushing?

If you can't be nice, then just ask questions when you need. Do as you would be done by.

Yeah apparently this person wouldn’t care if that happened.. I already mentioned that and then this comment came..

Also it wasn’t about facts. The first post was directly asking what was the estimation for November to start. That’s why people didn’t appreciate the support...

Hey guys what's going on here? I'm reading in August, September and October forums too (not from the starting) and never noticed such a rough tone. We are sitting in the same boat so please keep being nice to each other. We are here to help each other not for trolling!

I think all October filers are very anxious now waiting to hear something from USCIS.  I can imagine how it feels like.  We all wanna our cases to be processed in order and get NOA2 as soon as possible but sometimes due to the way how USCIS works, things might not work as expected. That's out of our control. But still, as a human being, I think what all of us can do is to support each other. At least not making others feeling upset. It's not a competition after all. We are all on the same boat.

100% agree with that and I don’t really think any intention was bad or anything.

Depending on the person or what they’re going through it is really hard and feel harsh to have that as a comment. And I felt that too. Everyone is going through unique troubles here, not all written out in the public so all we need is compassion if you ask me...

Hey people! I’m a November filer or December filer, I still have my doubts.. Jejejeje .. i’m a silent reader but I just want to say that I was able to handle the stress and anxiety because I’m going to see babe in just a couple of hours in Guatemala ... I’m so happy :) .... Hoping that we see the approvals rain for our folks of Aug/ Sept & Oct. ;)

I never said i do not care about others. I  stated that if people get offended by me stating something harmless and innocent then thats their issue if they have an issue keep it to themselves.

I would also not care if they started on December filers as it would mean they are working on November cases which means that we just have to wait. Sure i would be confused but i would not go taking it out on those Filers or other members.

Everyone is getting way to sensitive on this forum. The whole point of forums is to ask questions and support each other i did exactly that by asking Naes directly when she thinks they will start November.

I also stated that soon they will be on November filers meaning that the October filers cases will have been touched and also stated that coming very shortly in the post will be a lot of Silent NOA2 for October filers... I have not said anything bad yet people on here feel the need take it personally.. Or think they are more privileged than others.. We are all waiting for our K1 visa process. No one on this forum knows how USCIS operate only USCIS know. All data here is based on estimates and data entered by users

Everyone's needs are important for the K1 visa I personally want them to hurry up and move onto November so i can start my life instead of being left in limbo just like the rest of us.

Same here. Especially after a conversation with a colleague whom I told that we wait almost since half a year. I was saying "Wait, can't be true" counting from November to April... "Wow, it IS true" 😣

Hang in there guys!

Turn that anxiety into excitement as our time is coming up. Channel that energy into projects around your house or life that you're wanting to complete before your new life together starts. Surely you have sold old stuff you've been putting off sorting rhough / donating / selling, or perhaps need to buy a few items that will be useful for the person about to be living with you, or maybe you've been wanting to paint that room.  Or get into better shape. Or practice learning a language. Or make a list of all the restaurants, close by city centers, indoor and outdoor activities you wnat to do with your partner and put them on color coded popsicle sticks in a jar.

My point is, don't let the anxiety stress you out, this is coming up on a really happy time! Enjoy it. Stay active doing productive things.

Just a few short weeks and they will be starting on our month.

I will run a scan Friday (tomorrow evening) and see if there were any cases withdrawn, etc... this week or not.
