Im not trying to say ignore the October Filers and hurry up and move to November im simply stating that im excited for them as it means my case is around the corner and that if they are on the 16th/17th everyone's time is near and me replying to the "really" was just me replying to let them know to have hope and that their case is coming soon.  I have also been posting updates to help users in October with any new cases i find on Facebook that have been silent approvals. As for discussing things in the October forums i don't see an issue. if December filers posted in November i wouldn't mind as i know that they would of processed or touched my case. We are all in the same boat really

And as for what i said people here for 6 months already know there are new members / new joiners that wont know that information so im just giving them hope and helping them stay positive that we have all been waiting this long and our turn will be very soon.

Hey! :)

so as i I meant I do 100% understand the feeling behind it. But if there are 10 people reading a comment 5 of them is probably already have their dates passed so even seeing cases further in October is not giving them hope. To tell the truth I didn’t realize how hard that was till I was in that spot.

and sometimes logic gets eaten away even in the mind of the most logical in this process. Because even though you’re right about averages there are people get stuck in every month. And this can happen to anyone.

New joiners will know those as these are mentioned daily without mentioning the next month is coming up. Cause “November starting” is a more stressful phrase than not knowing about silent noa2s or averages.

buuuut let’s go back to positive part in November thread. So yes as you say, they will most likely touch up to 23 this week to next Monday and I would expect November to start around the week of 21 (somewhere in that week at least) with small numbers.

@x_driven_x can you do a full scan for November this Friday to see if they starting withdrawal notices? They usually start within a week or two right after that.

People who decide they no longer want to apply for the visa and ask for the petition to be withdrawn for consideration.   Usually due to ended relationships, but I suppose there are plenty of other reasons that one might withdraw.

I for example was about to withdraw my petition because of the anxiety it was giving me the last week before our approval. I begged my fiancé everyday to withdraw it. Even threatened him to call uscis and tell them I withdraw my letter of intent(I’m the beneficiary)....so yep lots of reasons....

The fact that you have to ask that question is worrying...

LOL what do you mean worrying ? I don't know why but, seems like you are such a person that likes to spread negativity or even throws woods into the fire ?

on October filers ( obviously ) and now your comment ?

you know what ?! questions can be asked.. I didn't know what did it has to do with " troll" account and child pornography ?

don't get me wrong ! I never agree about pornography even child pornography.

though it was a simple question.... instead answer it like a normal person, do you think you need to attack a person like that ?

just wondering.

I am trying to check the processing time on USCIS website, but somehow, I am not able to select the filed office.

Anyone face the same issue? It just doesn't allow me to choose the service center. But while click on 'Get processing time', it pops up a error message.

I'm not attacking anyone I was simply just saying the fact that you had to ask why we hoped it was a troll account was worrying as if it was a real account how could that in any way shape or form be acceptable.

And as for me being negative or spreading negativity Im not negative my post yesterday in the October filers. I was simply stating that if they had touched October 17th filers then they would be starting November shortly in 2-3 weeks it's common sense you think they are going to spend weeks on just October filers and not move on to other filers until October filers are all approved get real. And what I find hilarious is that those october filers that said well we have been waiting.... What like 20 days more than us November filers?

But on a serious note those people that got offended yesterday I really don't care. If they are going to get upset by me stating the fact that I said their cases will be touched soon and silent NOA2 will be coming in over the next week or two and they will be moving to November within 2-3 weeks then those people wll not last in America. Or as I suspect they are very Immature  if your going to get so upset over a comment grow up. Life is cruel so just get on with it.

We are all going through the K1 Visa process so let's concentrate on that.

It is fine that you don't care about others. And it is 100% fine that you state some 'facts' based on your observation.

I think you are just not really putting yourself into their shoes.

Imagine you are the one who is waiting for NOA2 under pressure and someone after your NOA1 date have already received NOA2/RFE but yours is remaining silent.  And it has only been 2 -3 weeks that USCIS started working on your month and all of a sudden, Dec filers jump into your thread and saying, oh, USCIS is going to process our cases soon!!! They are not gonna only spend time on Nov filers!!! You guys have only waited around 20 days more then us!!!

How do you feel? If you tell me that you totally don't care about this kind of thing happening on you, then I will ask you why are you so rushing?

If you can't be nice, then just ask questions when you need. Do as you would be done by.
