I have a question do I (beneficiary) have to get a police report from my time in the United States even though I do not have a criminal record there and if so can they certify and notarize said document stating that I have a clean record?

No. Beneficiary does not need police clearance from US.

US already has your result, they are doing background check on you. You only need it from Egypt then.

 

if you found and read it somewhere I’m 100% sure if you read a little bit more you will find the part about Not needing from US. If you can’t find it then don’t trust that document.
