how were you able to see some approvals within 30 days of your date?  Because mine is November 1st

I've been watching the October 2017 filiers K-1 forum, there have been people from October 12 NOA1 approved, also under "immigration Timeline" then "Igor's list" they tell you the last 15 approvals reported on this site

Checking every day our timeline and it skipped from 19 May back to 20 May. Whyyyy? There are so many approvals from the last two days :( This waiting game makes me sick at the moment. I hate every second of waiting. Haven't seen my fiance for more than two years now (except skype which is not the same). I miss him so awfully!

Sorry for whining

Btw. are any other German November filers here?

Not everyone updates the timeline so it is not reflected on this site. Hang in there, its almost over.

Hello,

does anyone know which documents the beneficiary needs to present to the local embassy? And are employment letters or employment agreements + bank statements or bank transactions needed?

Thanks for your understanding and support.

Every Embassy is a little different, check their website and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Same with support docs.  There are instructions that have details about what is required depending on the situation.

Hello fellow November filers....I am wondering if I need to call and update USCIS about the following:

1. My fiancé (beneficiary in the Dominican Republic) has two last names - - father's last name followed by the mother's last name  (surnames). I submitted the petition only using one     name...the father's. Should I contact USCIS to add the second name?

2. My fiancé (beneficiary) has changed employers - - do I need to update by calling USCIS?

3. I realized that I stated he worked at a job...with an end date in the future. I typed Dec 2017 on a application filed Nov 2017...instead of Dec 2016.

Any feedback would be appreciated. I want avoid an rfe.

1) The concern should be the name on his Passport. It must correspond with that on the petition.

2)  It's not really necessary, the Petitioner's employement is the major concern for K-1.

3) Absolutely, unnecessary.

Actually, I expected RFE, but I was approved without one.

Don't worry much and look forward to your NOA2.

Congratulations in advance!
