No one here is complaining about it. You better hope that whoever is reviewing your case is not complaining.

It's not about how you like it but rather how USCIS likes it.

again? I already send it lol, omg it's so stupid that someone keep saying something, lol I don't care its my package, why do u care? I'm not even worried.

Thanks @Carolina Dalton I will take a look at the form. I am using a co-sponsor too, so will read up on how that actually needs to be completed. We fill the I-134 form, correct?

I traced my package online via UPS at Lewisville. Received and signed by someone name Reyes. They should notify you within two weeks or else call them. Or keep watching your bank account if they cash your check. Your NOA date will still Nov 9 if you are positive your package delivered that date.

NOA1 is the easy part lol. I didn't use a lawyer so I'm unsure how much information is sent to them from the USCIS but as long as you filled out the G-1145 form with your information your NOA1 will be texted/emailed to the phone number/email address you provided. It took about 3-4 business days because my fiance got the text and email then another 5 business for the hard copy. If you're still curious and want a good way to trace how far along they are you can see if the check has been cashed (if you used a check) or trace the money order (if you used a money order).

Unfortunately, we're all in for a terribly lengthy wait but that's all we can do for now -_- In the meantime just keep living your life with your fiance as much as you can and keep your fingers crossed for a speedy approval :D

What to do after NOA2:

Spoiler

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

Do you guys think it matters where you're from? the beneficiary that is? Or are you just another case number once it arrives for processing? I hope they pick up some speed now that fall/winter is coming. I've hard they're not AS busy around this time and onwards but I guess it varies from year to year. I'm from Norway btw :)

Hey I don't think it matters for the processing, But I think it matters at the time of receiving your noa2 and they send everything to the embassy in Norway, first because they probably don't have as many applications like an embassy from the Philippines, or Mexico, so the process would take less, the interview date would be less, en everything would go smooth.

Yes, that's the form for his interview, and after he gets approved and what the change of status you need to do file the other affidavit of support don't remember which one is something 184.

and I-134 form you need to do one, and your sponsor too, plus the taxes, and a letter from the employer, I have been reading and trying to file those forms, because It takes some time, knowing what you put on there.

So for the processing in the US you're just another application in a pile and they look at you whenever they get to your application so to speak

It's 1:00am, nobody I know is awake and this was exciting... so I had to share it with people who totally get it.

I just got the bank notification popup that my application fee check hit my bank account!

I haven't heard about NOA1 yet or anything, but this means they have it and are doing something with it.

PS - Anyone have an idea for what case number the November cases start at?

With some possible mix back and forth its initial start is with a I-130 case of WAC1890038030.
