no trust me I have been keeping my eye on that website consistently, because there was no way for me to know exactly where they are working at and it hasn't changed since probably January 16. It didnt change once during February and when it does update it should say as of March 16, 2018 not as of January 31, 2018

It changed in February 15 by the way. It said August 1 as of December 31. I am sure someone posted it here too.

those data is always 45 days old. Uscis made an official announcement on how they show that data.

What was the announcement and how do I find it and why show it 45 days old instead of more current up to date?

By googling...

quote:

"

4. How often are the times posted?

USCIS Response: Processing times are posted monthly on or about the 15th day of the month.  The processing times are calculated from final statistics compiled 45 days prior to their posting.  Based upon the methods currently used to collect performance data, USCIS requires 30 days to conduct quality control audits and make needed corrections before final data can be published and processing times calculated.  Another 15 days is needed to receive field office and service center concurrence with the processing times calculated and to get them uploaded to the USCIS website."

updated version by dhs  on 2017 with the new regulations included.

I'm trying to keep all of us sane... (believe me I would lose it otherwise....)

Back to topic. So it does not mean a thing of what they update there, unless it is after your date and you are about to put an inquiry...

I know I still have some time I'm just trying to gather the documents together for the next steps with my fiancee but I feel like I'm upsetting her more 😥😓

This morning I was close to a heartattack. The uscis app sent an alert, that the case has been updated. Mhm, unfortunately they did again just change some words of the standard text. They changed "...call Customer Service" to"...call the USCIS Contact Center".

Waaah they drive me crazy. <_<

Well last we called they said it's been assigned to an adjudicator.

They just touched 15th on this Monday, so it can be within 60 days. (Usually within 30 but can take longer). So I'm expecting in any time :)

That's a good way to do things have a very low expectation then be all surprise when thing comes up much better than you expected :bonk::rofl: but I think October will start getting approval week after next then few weeks from that November will start to see some action gods willing!!! So about April month end. Seeing that your early November if your security checks comes back early you might in for a big surprise
