Hello there! Just to clarify, when you said the quoted line above, do you mean to say they are already processing August 29 received date/NOA1?

Received date.

however as of today the last date they touched with approvals is September 5.

Oh wow! On VJ's processing time, it says CSC is touching August 9. Where do you usually get your info/data?

Uscis

you can use casetracker apps to see too.

also vj uses an average to estimate, you should check igors list to see who got approved recently if you want to.

You said there was some approvals until september 5. Do you know of any VJ member who is a september filler who got approved or a rfe? And by any chance do you know what were the noa2 estimated dates that they received from vJ? I want to know if my estimated dates are close to what is real...

1 vj filer got approval. Well it was their 179th day, and vj average right now is 199 days. So I'm sure it was before their estimate.

estimates created by what's happening right now, and the real average on july and August is almost average 200 days. As they're trying to resolve it I would say plus minus 10 days for September filers at the moment.

however all files don't get approved at once so someone may get it the very first day their date is touched or a month and a half later.

Guys, I think I made a really dumb mistake. So I was just looking through copies of our packet. There was a section that was asking questions about the petitioner and then beneficiary. The page that asks about multiple filer waiver requests, underneath that it had biographic information. I filled it out with my info because it had just been asking about me (im the petitioner). Was that wrong? Im realizing they were probably asking about my fiance but they didnt state it. It's the part that asks about height and weight and all that. Im freaking out now, did I make a mistake? If so, the only information that would differ between my fiance and I is the height and weight, everything else with race and eye color etc is the same. What should I do now? ughhhhhhhhh

I have a question regarding to getting married.

For example, after we get the K-1 visa successfully, but before entering into US to get married, can the petitioner and beneficiary get married in beneficiary's country? Or will it have some impact on further steps afterwards?

I751:

Mailed: 3th May 2021

Delivered: 5th May 2021

Rejected due to missing signature: 26th May 2021

Resend: 26th May 2021

Delivered: 28th May 2021

No you absolutely cannot get married before you enter the US with the K1 visa. If you were married you are no longer a fiancée and that would make the visa null and void. I'm sure that would be visa fraud and even if you tried to apply for a spousal visa youd surely get denied.
