Nah it happens I just also checked sept 1 and firmly can say that it is not a September case but someone again putting the date wrong.

 

most likely an August 8 case instead.

It's the spinach's USCISApp.

 

the problem with it is, it shows countries and dates and sends notifications. However you can literally put anything you want with the wac number. Because there's no way to actually get that data from uscis. So that causes so many people thinking oh they're doing this and that....

I use case tracker, because it goes with uscis info.

 

i have USCISApp just to have it and be able to check when info is posted here (just like this one) because I like to give information to people -I hate it that's another issue-

 

like I can put January instead of September there and when I'm approved January people will be alarmed.. can you imagine the ridiculousness of that situation

I just come back from visiting my fiancé. Now long wait again. I think the most difficult part is that we are separate during the waiting otherwise I think it doesn't really matter if we are together. Time passes so fast.

I know how you feel i stayed in the USA with my Fiancee in August and stayed there just under 3 months. Have not seen her since October.. USCIS / workers if your reading i know your doing your best but if you could approve the K1's quicker so we can all be with each other sooner!

You're more fortunate than I am, I haven't seen my finance since July   I'll see her in April though..  If you're wondering what took so long to file, she was separated for years but never filed the divorce,  not unusual in Russia.. I had to wait for that and other legal documentation to come in.  I'd be getting my NO2 right now if it wasn't for that.
