ohh ok ok the problem with that is that the status on the website for the people who have been receiving arent being updated so i guess well just have to wait i just got scared watching all those nov 6 people get rejected for missing things

Yes all are up to date status on the website. (Nov 16 by the way)

 

but yes those are not updated. Although I saw 1 rfe around the same time that has been sent. I don't think it is a regular thing but a random mistake(hopefully)

 

if it was rejected it would happen at the start. If it gets denial they would first send notice or rfe.

yea made me start stressing and thinking if i made a mistake or miss anything lol this wait is crazy!! if im having trouble with the affidavit of support who can i ask.. im a cab driver started oct 2016 but didnt file on 2017 how does that work? do i have to file for the affidavit?

yes as you will need at least last year's tax return transcripts you should file your taxes for 2017. Your interview most likely will be after April.

do you think November filers can be approved within not higher than 180 days? because my 180 days is May 6 but my approval estimation here in vj is june 1 😅

Personally I expect mine to be 10 days before vj estimation.

 

i dont know about each person but yes I do think november will start at least 175 days for nov.1 cases..

 

it may go even lower. It went lower than July for August by 2 days. And if September starts around it's 180-185. It's not impossible for this pattern to continue. But it doesn't mean everyone will eat their noa2s right on spot.

 

i would still think +- 10 days from vj estimations.

ive a Nov 6 receive date my case is now saying name updated in decembe so I'm thinking I should be fine RFE at worst

The Date Is Says On Your NOA1 which in your case would be the 13th
