Uppps, I thought I wrote it. Too much caught up in my thoughts.  When I go to "my USCIS-Case status online" there is below an option to sign up for an account. I wonder, if I am "allowed" to do that (as I am the beneficiary) or if my fiance has to do it. I guess, it would be ok, if I would sign up, but I want to be sure.

You can also sign up for an account. :D

I’m getting so worried about my case.  Everytime I check the status only it still only says my case was received Nov 17.  Is that normal?

Totally normal. Process is taking roughly 6 months from when you apply, so if your received date is 11/17, start thinking about getting your NOA2 roughly mid-May (and it might even be a little later than that, but I like looking on the bright side and hoping for the best). The recent November approvals are only 4 cases and seem to be an anomaly, not an indication that because your petition wasn't approved, there is something "wrong" or "unusual". Hang in there and try not to worry <3

Unfortunately yes. Current processing time is about 6 months to NOA-2. They are now processing July/August filers. You still have a while to go.

I just had a closer look at it and it seems, that just my fiance should sign up, or? (That's what my fiance just said)

How are they going to know who has signed up to view progress? They don't know who owns what email address or who has access to what email address (cpls share everything usually).

All that matters is you have an account number from your NOA1.

What are you fiancé's reasons for saying you shouldn't? (I'd like to hear them).

I'm the beneficiary and I've signed up. I'm sure there are hundreds more like me from Nov filers alone.

He had no special reasons, he just meant, he has to do, as I am the beneficiary and he is the applicant. Did you put your name in it or the one of your fiance?

Mine but I'm sure if you feel wary put his. Create a new shared email address (hisname&hername@gmail.com) if it makes you feel better. They aren't going to know and they aren't going to care. You have an application number. That's all you need.

Good idea . Thank you very much. Yes I am wary, I'm afraid doing something wrong and get disapproved (I know, it's a bit crazy)

Hello Everyone

Friday was so good for all of us!! I hope everyone who is still waiting are feeling strong and positive!!

Although my data right now is only June-August, we saw approvals from May-August this week!

August started even stronger than July, and Yes we even saw people getting their noa2s under 180!

This is a new record! Even better than how July started!

The latest date touched is August 15, and it's only been a week since we started seeing movement in August!

They are already half way into the month!

There are two ways this can fall,

1) They will stop at 8/15 and do the first overall from 1-15 which they did in May but was a disaster so I hope this won't happen

2) They will continue with this speed, and They will reach the end of the month in about 2 weeks ( because there's 13 more work days left in August cases) and we will see them moving strong and fast...

For September only - I would say I am expecting timelines to go back about 10 days. And for September to start around last week of February to beginning of March.

These are all my personal estimations based on what we've seen so far and not about how it will be for every single case. Please give about at least 1 month for your case to be touched before panicking from the day they first touched your NOA1 date.

NVC times

Other than some people waiting for their case numbers a while longer than some after NVC received their cases, most NOA2- NVC  times are back to normal.

6-14 days seems like the average at the moment.

These calculations are only the cases that are updated online, There are lots of approvals and RFE's that are not updated!

Please register for USPS Informed delivery if it is available in your area.

@Naes You are amazing. This lifted up my hopes :) Btw. I still have no clue where you get the data from. According to somebody here we all have access to these data, can you post the link? I thought, I found out where I can see them but I was wrong.

...download USCIS Case Tracker (maybe Spinach) to get updated on your case.

For Naes, it isn't only about her scanning, her Energy keeps us sane!

You can check all the cases by using case tracker application, that checked and updates the data from uscis.

I'm doing the same thing but instead of the app I use a script on my computer, so I can share the data like this.

the link I put there is to the google drive, however I'm updating the info again so at this moment it only has july and August. I'll add other months when it's finished.

And i I do not share wac numbers with them, as I explained above somebody shared these on Facebook and as wac numbers themselves hold no importance I am not sharing them anymore.

But they are their with new Id numbers given in each month- which enables the analysis of someone wants to see.
