I'm gonna post this here too in case you guys are interested ;).

I was curious about how a weekly approved cases graph (over the past few months) looked like, so I decided to find out.

Please, note that ONLY updated approved cases were considered, and that the purpose of this graph is just merely informative, not predictive.

And... the same for RFE'd cases.

As before, please note that ONLY updated RFE'd cases were considered, and that the purpose of this graph is just merely informative, not predictive.

Actually this one corresponds to RFE'd cases never (or not yet) updated to another status, such as approved. Sorry if it was confusing.

I, too, submitted on Nov 1st and have a NOA1 date of Nov 6th.

Fiance is in the Dominican Republic as well. Praying God allows our petitions to be approved soon. @ Noemi & Ivan

You can have all this info in the google drive in my signature.

there are apps like case tracker you can check other numbers status.

for a November filer unfortunately there's not much to do. As they are barely touching June yet. But again if you want to play with data it's in the signature.

Hi Naes,

I'm pretty new in this community and just read about the excel sheet. How can I see this. When I follow the link in your signature I get an error message :(

wow im surprised k3 is faster than k1..there is november filer who got approved after 99 days.hers is k3 nebraska service center from the Philippines.

k3? are you sure it is a k3?

because k3 is obsolete and they continue with the I-130 they filed and I-129f gets rejected in the end ( turns to CR1) , and continues as a spousal visa.

CR1s wait continuous on the NVC level by the way for about 4 months, as they pay and send their evidence files etc directly to NVC.

Awesome!

That's really short for a I-130 they only have NVC to go then..
