Yeah, you are right.

If I were from June/July or someone waits for 240 days, I would be really upset. It's not fair for earlier filers but I do feel happy for those ppl who are approved. :)

Oh I do feel happy too for approved petitions! :)  I wish no one this misery!  definitely gives all of us some hope!

I am only pissed at uscis for not handling this as the way they state "in an order".. can't they just be quickly in an order is it that hard?

Congrats @Ash&Raz!!!

I also got the I-797 Notice of Action in the mail today and i am pretty excited!!! I received my NOA1 in the middle of November so the process seems to be super fast.... I am a little worried because USCIS hasn't updated the My Case Status yet... does anyone know anything about that?

They have not updated mine yet either. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Congratulations to you too! I’m glad it’s not just me, maybe they are picking up on approvals. Who knows.

I'm actually pretty skeptic at the moment. (Because I have seen trolls before)

i have no clue. If there's no expedite and nothing different yet this happened? I'd actually like to see a picture of the noa2 🤣🤣 I'm sorry it's just too irregular to say oh it must be a lucky mix up.

Did they give their WAC #?

If it is true!  Without a WAC I still lean towards expedited. The first June expedited petitions were approved in July. They have slowed down enough that 69 days could be an expedite. I hope.

They both said they did nothing.

and as you realized I actually didn't get much answered? One obviously put the noa2 first but then deleted it. So I know nothing but members seems legit. It is not update online so we can't even tell uscis " dude what the heck?"

They did seem legit to me too. I wonder if they are starting with the new updated electronic system with November filers. Maybe they will be back to the 3 to 5 months for NOA2. Us older filers are stuck in the old manual system?  Just trying to figure out some way to justify this. I was told again today that we have not been assigned yet. There are filers 44 days after me that are approved and some 3 to 4 weeks after me already scheduled interviews. That doesn’t even take into account the November approvals. Wait, if the approval shows up in the scans we should be able to find it.

I'm really pissed John, finally I'm really really pissed! unfairness makes me go crazy!
