Strange you cant see it, i can see it on my phone, about 5-6 posts ago. When you posted your monthly update of touched/untouched cases on saturday, it showed 1 for November, i assumed it was expedited.

Oh that one I do believe an expedite.

I took down the photo. I don’t want to seem braggy but I’m truly shocked. I have been reading this post for a while and wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy haha. THERE IS HOPE PEOPLE!!!

No not at all. I just sent it the regular way. No frills

So that's why I can't see it. Congrats!

If it doesn't bother you may I add your wac to my app so I can see if there will be any updates happening to it? I try to collect irregular cases to see what happens to them so I can answer people when they ask. You can send me in message too. Or not I mean only if it's ok for you.

What happens now? It says it expires in May

These are the next steps:

NVC - (603)-334-0700

USCIS - 800-375-5283

What to do after NOA2 Approval? How to contact NVCClick here for info - https://goo.gl/KggThF

How to talk to a live person at USCIS? https://goo.gl/54z5bZ

If you cannot get NVC on the phone try this - https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php

now you'll wait about 2 weeks then start calling NVC to get your embassy case number.

congrats again, hope you don't misunderstood me for asking kind of proof before because I saw lots of people here creating an account saying something similar then suddenly the account was closed and they were puff gone :)

Wait 2 weeks and start calling NVC. If you already didnt do so, start collecting all the paperwork/evidence you need for the interview part. You guys are in the home stretch now to be together in the US... and most importantly call your fiance to celebrate haha

Much of what will happen now is described in the body of the letter as per timing wise.

Your role now is to prepare all of the financial documents/ updated intent to marry/ evidence of ongoing relationship etc required for the interview at the embassy (which you will have to snail mail to your Fi). Your fiancé will also have to complete a package DS160 online and submit it to the embassy as well to receive an interview date. Then your Fi will move forward with obtaining the medical (after the interview date is received but before the interview). This of course, is after NVC does it’s processing and forwards the application to the embassy. You need the application number from NVC to deal with anything for the embassy but in the mean time you can prepare all the documents in advance. Check out @Naes‘s signature. It has lots of info.

@Naes, remind us what the expiry date on the NOA2 is for please...

The interview has to be scheduled before that expiration date, if cannot you should call the embassy or send a letter from the petitioner to extend it.

wow, Congrats!!!

Not sure if they are super lucky ones or USCIS is just picking up random files in Nov  to give us a light of hope?!

Haha, I wasn't that excited when I see one approvals this morning, as I thought it was just because of super luck.

But now, we all see one more approval makes me feel more excited.

This is ridiculous though that's sure. People waiting at 240 days and bam. I hope they won't see this... like that would hurt a bit.

Now if theyre going to do a huge huge run on it and approve like crazy? I'm ok. But I'm really pissed at uscis at this moment. Jumping days and a month I can take jumping 4 months forward with no explanation? Who can actually swallow that in this situation?

Yeah, you are right.

If I were from June/July or someone waits for 240 days, I would be really upset. It's not fair for earlier filers but I do feel happy for those ppl who are approved. :)
