So what if the letter self is lost? Can we ask for another copy from USCIS?

I would imagine so?

Call them perhaps?

My vj estimated timeline for noa2 push back a month!!! USCIS really slowing huh

Don't worry about that much it comes back and forth.... I started with January 14 btw... now April's first week 😂😂😂

they are already slow, I don't want to think they can move from their sloth speed to a snail speed..

Don't even know what to say my PoE was intended july 1... I still think I will manage it by then. But I moved my wedding date because I don't want any extra stress.

Just wondering how does the VJ website get the processing timeline? It's a bit different from USCIS's processing timeline on its official website. Is it because for here, we get the timeline based on users update??

I751:

Mailed: 3th May 2021

Delivered: 5th May 2021

Rejected due to missing signature: 26th May 2021

Resend: 26th May 2021

Delivered: 28th May 2021

Yep exactly.

users update so we get more current information here. Uscis updates info that is 2 months old.

We don't have to worry much about our wedding date etc we decided to have it at the court then go Miami for honeymoon so one less stress. But the way nvc moving at the moment if you get the noa2 in April you may need to add 2 months for nvc that bring you to June so very tight but maybe doable for July

I still couldn't kill the positive in me hehe so I'm expecting noa2 by April and NVC to get shorther to less than a month and embassy staff here in japan moves quickly as long as you can get that interview date. So I'm still hoping visa on hand end of May and entry in July. But moved the wedding to August just in case...

but to be realistic with the new timelines would mean: noa2 if no rfe is April 15 at 210 days, NVC if it still takes 60 days would mean june 15 ish and visa on hand somewhere in July.... boy does this make me wanna cry....

Yep! I'm so hoping most people with less k1 to get faster dates... especially as everyone is stuck and spread into the year even more than normal I believe it will be easier to get dates.

so yeah I am famous for 3 things here... 1 is good that I do the scans, 2 is I am counting towards me quitting my job and  not noa2 (96 days left!!!) 3 If someone mentions food I eat...... cupcakes muffins bring it on... this process is creating lots of buff guys (as most are working out during the wait) and wedding dresses we won't get into as brides (bring me the sugar)

Sorry maybe I’m just confused. How are you expecting a NOA2 by April? We submitted in early November also and aren’t expected to get the NOA2 until the end of May or beginning of June, now.

And that’s what I was missing. Confusing when the November forum isn’t just for November filers.

Well if you leave a forum to only 1 months filers the information and experiences doesn't flow. So basically you would get no info from previous filers.

but I'd advice to check timelines. Most people here (and if not please everyone do it) would fill their timelines :)
